Job Requirement

Other Requirements: Candidates having 3rd Division/Class in any Examinations need not apply. The candidates in service must apply through proper channel. Both Male & Female candidate may apply. Candidates must apply for only one post. The employees of IBBL need not apply for the post mentioned at serial No. 02 above. Selected candidates shall execute a Surety Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 05 (five) years.

Job Description

Salary & Allowances: The selected Candidates shall be appointed on probation for a period of 06 (six) months under the Bank regular pay Scale as admissible in the post. On successful completion of the probationary period, the Candidates will be confirmed in the service of the Bank.

Selection Procedures: Only short listed candidates will be called for appearing in the Written Examination / Viva-Voce. The Authority reserves the right to accept / reject any Application without assigning any reason. No direct Application will be accepted. Rank is negotiable depending on experience and expertise. No TA/DA will be allowed for appearing in the Written Examination & Viva-Voce.

Work Station: Contact Center (Manager)

Educational Qualification

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. MBA/MBM/Masters degree would be an added advantage.

Work Experience

The candidate should have past working experience in similar positions in call center service activities for at least five years (preferably in the Bank/Telecom Sector).
