Job Description

Develop training /learning materials. Facilitate work/training/learning courses. Visit BRAC programmes to learn programme realities and operational strategies . Follow-up training/learning programmes and prepare reports. Involve with Training/Learning Needs Assessment and training marketing activities. Involve with different capacity building activities/forum in BLCs and others as needed. Provide need based support to BLC Management. 

Educational Qualification

Masters in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum 2nd class/division/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examination. No third class/division or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable.  

Age

27 to 35 ears

Salary 

Tk.14000-18,000 per month. Benefit: Insurance, Festival bonus, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity and others.
